This is a legal agreement between you, the potential user (“You”) and Bhavya Collection and its subsidiaries and its affiliates.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) governs the access or use by You, of the applications, websites, contents, products and services (“the Services”), being made available by Bhavya Collection. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE OR SERVICES.
Your access or use of Bhavya Collection’s products, services, website located at https://www.bhavyacollection.in/ (“Site”), mobile site, mobile application (collectively called “Platform”), is conditioned on your acceptance, without modification, of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.
You accept the Terms by using the Bhavya Collection Services in any way. The Terms include this document, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms agreed upon. This platform is owned by Bhavya Collection, a retail showroom incorporated under the Companies Act, 2014 having its registered showroom at Shop No 5 Bhavya Collection, Girja Chambers, Sardar Bhavan’s Lane, Opp Saibaba Temple, Jubliebaug, Vadodara, Gujarat, India – 390001.
1. User Agreement
- These Terms are governed by Rule 3(1) of the IT (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.
- This is an electronic record per the IT Act, 2000 and does not require physical/digital signatures.
- Bhavya Collection may modify these Terms without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to use the Services. Bhavya Collection reserves the right to suspend accounts not in compliance.
3. Charges
Bhavya Collection may charge subscription/membership fees with notice. You are responsible for all third-party charges (e.g., internet, data).

4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content (text, images, logos, software, etc.) is the property of Bhavya Collection. Unauthorized use is prohibited and may be legally pursued.
5. Limited License
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the Platform. Downloading or copying for commercial use is strictly prohibited.
6. Products and Pricing
All products are subject to availability and description. Bhavya Collection reserves the right to cancel incorrect or inaccurate orders.
7. Registration and Account Use
- Each account is for individual use only.
- Do not share credentials or access with others.
- Keep your account details accurate and up to date.
8. Hacking and Security
Bhavya Collection is not liable for data loss caused by hacking, DDOS attacks, or malware.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours. International deliveries may attract import duties/taxes payable by the customer. See our Shipping and Delivery Policy for details.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranties, expressed or implied, are provided.
11. Third-Party Content
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Bhavya Collection is not responsible for their content or services.

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. We are not liable for personal data loss due to technical issues or cyber attacks.
13. Communication
By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us.
14. Non-Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your account or contract rights to another person.

16. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Bhavya Collection against claims arising from misuse of Services or breach of Terms.
17. Force Majeure
We are not liable for service delays due to uncontrollable events like natural disasters, strikes, war, etc.
18. Waiver and Severability
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later. If a provision is invalid, others will still apply.
19. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of Terms, with or without notice.

21. Statute of Limitations
All claims must be filed within one year of the incident.
22. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved within 15 days. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration under Indian laws. Seat: Vadodara, Language: English.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian Law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts in Vadodara, India.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Bhavya Collection regarding Services.
