Shipping and Delivery Policy
At Bhavya Collection, we make all reasonable efforts to ensure that products are delivered to our customers in a timely manner. Please read the terms outlined in this Shipping and Delivery Policy carefully. If you do not agree, we advise you not to proceed with the use of our website or services.
1. Dispatch & Courier Partners
- All products are shipped within 48 hours of placing the order.
- We ship from our retail showroom in Vadodara, India.
- We partner with courier services like Delhivery, FedEx, Blue Dart, DTDC, and DHL.
- Shipping partner details will be shared once the product is handed over.
2. Delivery Time & Address
- Standard delivery dates will be mentioned in your confirmation email.
- Please provide a complete and correct address with PIN code.
- We process shipments Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays.
3. Multiple Orders & Address Changes
- We attempt to ship all items in one order together, but this may not always be possible.
- Only one shipping address is allowed per order.
- Orders cannot be modified once placed. Address changes may be accepted within 6 hours of placing the order or before dispatch – whichever is earlier. Email us at support@bhavyacollection.in.
4. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If undelivered, the package will be returned to us, and we will notify you.
5. Product Unavailability
If a product becomes unavailable post-purchase, we will notify you within 2 working days via your registered email or phone number.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and Email. You can track your order through the “Track Order” option in your My Account section or directly on these courier sites:

7. International Shipping
- We ship globally to street addresses via international partners like DHL or FedEx.
- Products are shipped from Vadodara, India, as quickly as possible.
- Delivery timelines vary depending on your country’s customs and logistics.
- All customs duties or taxes will be borne by the customer.
We have instructed our courier partners to clear customs and deliver the goods by collecting any applicable duties/taxes directly from the customer.
