We believe in delivering the best handcrafted products, made by skilled artisans with care and attention to fashion trends. Our aim is your complete satisfaction. If you’re unhappy with your order, especially due to any defect, we’re happy to help with a return, exchange, or refund.
1. Exchange & Return Process
You can request an exchange/return on www.bhavyacollection.in within:
- 48 hours after delivery for returns
- 10 days after delivery for exchanges
Note: Accessories are not eligible. For garment sets, partial return is not allowed. Please record an unboxing video/photo for any refund or claim.
2. Terms & Conditions
- Items must be fresh, unwashed, unaltered, unused, with tags intact
- Products with a red “No Return” tag are not returnable
- Only products of equal or higher value are eligible for exchange
3. Exchange & Return – In Store
Available only in Vadodara, Gujarat – India.
4. Exchange & Return – Online
Login to your account, go to My Orders & place a return/exchange request.
If pickup is available in your area:
- Keep product unsealed & open for inspection
- Ensure tags are intact and product is unused
If pickup is unavailable, self-courier your item to:

Reimbursement of up to ₹150 is available for self-shipped returns with a valid courier receipt (to be sent to support@bhavyacollection.in).
5. Cancellation & Refund
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours or before dispatch. Refunds will be issued if:
- There’s a genuine quality issue
- The item is lost in transit
- You received the wrong item
No refunds for:
- Design/Color variation
- Used/Damaged products
Refunds take 10–15 working days to process to the original payment method. Credit timing depends on banks/payment gateways.
6. Product Disclaimer
- Embroidery & Color: Minor color or embroidery variation is not a defect.
- Sizing: Fit may vary by cut/fabric. Refer to the sizing chart.
- Color Display: Actual colors may differ due to display settings or lighting.
- Wash Care: Follow tag instructions to avoid damage.
7. Exclusions
Returns/exchanges are not allowed on altered, used, or items without tags. Items with “No Return” tags are final sale.
8. Disputes
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
