Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We believe in delivering the best products, handcrafted by skilled artisans and experts, keeping in mind the emotions and ethics of evolving fashion trends. We assure the quality of our products and aim to provide complete customer satisfaction.
Once the product has been delivered, all exchange & return processes will be governed by this policy and our Terms of Use.
1. Exchange & Return Process
Bhavya Collection allows customers to raise exchange or return requests for all garments (except accessories) within the following time frames:
- Return: Within 48 hours of delivery
- Exchange: Within 10 days of delivery
Partial returns are allowed but must not break garment sets. Please record an unboxing video as proof in case of return/refund claims.
2. Terms & Conditions of Exchange & Return
- Returned products must be fresh, unwashed, unaltered, and unused with all tags intact.
- Items with a “Red Colored: No Return” tag are not eligible for return.
- Returns & exchanges must be for products of the same or higher price.
- Accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
3. Exchange & Return – Store
Store-based returns/exchanges are only available at our Vadodara, Gujarat location.
4. Exchange & Return – Online
Login to your account at www.bhavyacollection.in and initiate a return/exchange from the “My Orders” section.
We will arrange a pickup if available in your area. The product must be properly wrapped, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags intact.
Pickup Instructions:
- Wrap the product properly
- Do not seal the packet
- Keep the packet ready and open at pickup time
If pickup is unavailable, self-ship the product to:

For self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed up to ₹150 per order upon sharing the courier receipt to support@bhavyacollection.in. The receipt must:
- Mention product weight, origin, destination, and shipment date
- Not be overwritten or altered
- Match courier records for verification
5. Cancellation & Refund
- If a product is unavailable, we’ll notify you within 2 business days. You may opt for a replacement or a full refund.
- You can cancel orders within 24 hours of placing or before dispatch through your account.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10–15 working days (subject to bank/gateway processing time).
Refunds will be granted only for:
- Genuine quality issues
- Packages lost in transit
- Incorrect item delivered
No refunds for:
- Design/color differences
- Used/damaged products
6. Product Disclaimer
- Embroidery & Color: We ensure quality, but color bleeding or embroidery issues may arise due to fabric nature.
- Sizing: Refer to sizing guides as cuts and fits may vary. Small variations in measurements may occur.
- Color Display: Product colors may differ from photos due to lighting and monitor display settings.
- Wash Care: Always follow care instructions on the product tag to avoid damage.
7. Exclusions
Only unused, unaltered merchandise with original price tags is eligible for return. Products with a “Red Colored: No Return” tag cannot be returned.
8. Transactional Disputes
All transactional disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
We are not responsible for declined transactions due to cardholder limits set by the acquiring bank.
9. Amendments
Bhavya Collection reserves the right to amend this policy at its sole discretion, at any time.
